1. Intellectual Property & Safe Harbor Commitment

Tech SathyA respects the intellectual property rights of creators, authors, photographers, and publishers. Mahiti Loka operates as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and complies with the Copyright Act, 1957 and Rule 3(2)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021.

2. Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced on Mahiti Loka without authorization in a manner that constitutes infringement (and does not qualify as fair dealing under Section 52 of the Copyright Act), please provide our Designated Agent with a written notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers if available;
• The exact URL(s) on Mahiti Loka where the infringing material is located;
• Evidence establishing that you are the copyright holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your contact information: legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• A sworn declaration of good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Designated Copyright Officer

Send takedown notifications directly to: [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Takedown Notice – [Entity URL]”. Legitimate takedown notices are acted upon within 36 hours of receipt.
